Barbara Walchli is bullish on Montana and the rest of the Rocky Mountain States. But then again, she gets paid to be optimistic. Walchli manages the Aquila Rocky Mountain Equity Fund, a mutual fund that invests only in companies based in an eight-state region, including Montana.Save to My Web
